Add hyperlinks

AI Summary

Links remain clickable by downloading your design as a PDF or by presenting it. You can add hyperlinks to text, elements, images, and videos.

Hyperlinks only work on PDF files. For videos, hyperlinks are only clickable in the Presenter window while on Presenter view. Hyperlinks will not work on PNGs, JPGs, MP4s, etc., or when you post your design on social media.

  1. Create or open an existing design.
  2. Select the element you want to add a link to.
  3. Optional: Double-click the text box and highlight the part of the text you want to add a link.
  4. Select
    More icon from the toolbar.
  5. Select
    Link.
  6. To link to another website page, enter the link and press Enter on your keyboard or select anywhere on the editor.
  7. To link to another page within the design, select the page you want to link to from the Pages in this document section in the dropdown.
  8. To link to one of your recent designs, select it from the Recent section in the dropdown. Make sure you have the right permissions to the design you’re linking to so it loads properly to your audience.
