Share class assignments in Canva
Once you’ve created an activity in Canva, you can assign it to students by sharing a link or a code. This gives students quick access to complete their assignments.
Students will need a Canva account to access assignments. If they don’t have one, they’ll be prompted to sign up.
Manage assignments directly in Canva or share them externally through your learning platform, email, or chat.

Co-assigning with another teacher
If you’re a teacher and you have edit access to another teacher’s assignment design, you may see “Add to my assignments” when you open it. Select “Add to my assignments” to add the assignment to your Classwork so you can access it from your own account.
Note: The “Add to my assignments” option only appears if you have edit access granted via the Share menu (invite by name/email). Edit access via a share link may not show this option.
