  1. Launch Canva

    Open Canva on your web browser or mobile app to access our free PDF organizer tool.
  2. Upload your PDF

    Upload your PDF file, or drag and drop it onto the page.
  3. Organize PDF pages

    Rearrange pages in the PDF by clicking the ^ or ˅ at the top of each page. You can also click the trash can icon to remove pages, or the + icon to add a new page.
  4. Edit and customize

    Customize your PDF by editing text, changing the font, replacing images, and adding design elements from our extensive media library. You can even translate your PDF with Translate (Pro)(opens in a new tab or window).
  5. Download and share

    Once you're done, click Download at the top right corner of the editor. Use your newly organized PDF file in your presentations(opens in a new tab or window) or share it with your team via a link, email, or social media.
